Thank you for your support!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who placed their trust in us and took the time to speak with us. Thank you!
Thank yor for your contribution!
From November 2025 to January 2026, we conducted more than 30 interviews with members of our target group. Thanks to the strong response to and participation in our study, we now have a solid scientific foundation that helps make the experiences of trans*, inter*, and non-binary people in working life visible and demonstrates how good employment can be achieved.
We are currently analysing the interview data. Building on the findings from the interviews, a nationwide online survey will be developed as the next step.
Milestone Meeting I

On 31 October 2025, the first ViGeB* milestone meeting took place at the Hotel Aquino in Berlin. Together with all project stakeholders, we discussed the current status of the project and reported on the milestones and developments achieved so far. There was extensive discussion and new development opportunities were explored.
We used the time to delve deeper into key concepts and further refine our planned methodology. Thanks to the open exchange, we received many inspiring ideas – which will help us to align the ViGeB* project even more clearly and move it forward.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for their dedicated cooperation and many valuable suggestions!
