The ViGeB* research project addresses precisely these questions. Currently, little is known about the challenges and support needs of TIN* individuals in the workplace and educational settings.
The project focuses on the perspectives of TIN* individuals to understand their experiences. The aim is to identify barriers and factors that improve professional participation.
Based on the findings, practical measures will be developed to promote diversity in professional life and strengthen equal opportunities for all.
